All human will also participate in DBI’s events, including its annual Summit taking place in Croke Park on September 5, and its series of Skills Sessions which run throughout the year.

Digital Business Ireland officially launched its Summit, titled NextGen, last week with speakers including Bobby Healy, Manna Drone Delivery; Sophie Djordjevic, Guerlain; John Clancy, Galvia; Samantha Kelly, Tweeting Goddess; and Anna Lachambre, Ecommerce Europe.

All human is an internationally acclaimed digital agency with over 20 years of cross-sectoral experience in digital transformation. They specialise in strategy and ideation, design, development, and optimisation services, securing commercial success and delivering best-in-class digital customer experiences. All human’s current list of clients includes An Post, Fáilte Ireland, Energia, Irish Rail, Irish Life, and Lily O’Briens.

All human believes that research and innovation are instrumental in attaining business longevity and commercial success. All human also recently released its Digital Pulse 2024 report, The last mile: the role of digital innovation in reshaping the delivery experience – an in-depth analysis of the feedback collected from over 2500 people across Ireland and the UK about the online shopping delivery experience.

Speaking on the partnership, CEO of All human, John Mitchell, said: “We have a long and successful history of delivering world-class digital services to businesses. We know and understand the challenges organisations face as they find that balance, the sweet spot, between crafting a superior customer experience and future-proofing their business model. Finding that harmony is what we do and want to bring to the DBI community.”

Caroline Dunlea, Chairperson of Digital Business Ireland said: “We’re delighted to announce this strategic partnership with All human. Their expertise and innovative thinking will be a huge asset to our members at a time when success in business can come down to very small margins.”
