Digital Business Ireland, the voice of the digital commerce sector, and one of the country’s leading financial service providers permanent tsb, have announced the finalists in the National Digital Awards 2021.

With the second iteration launched in October, the Awards recognise the very best of digital in Ireland and reward businesses, organisations, people and innovations.

New Website of the Year

This award recognises and rewards an exceptional website less than 18 months old. The judges will be assessing the user experience, creativity, functionality, quality and compliance of the website.

Small Business Website of the Year

This award recognises and rewards an exceptional website which represents a small business of under 50 employees.  The judges will be assessing the user experience, creativity, functionality, quality and compliance of the website.

This award recognises and rewards an exceptional website which represents a business of over 200 employees. The judges will be assessing the user experience, creativity, functionality, quality and compliance of the website.

Health, Beauty, Well-being Website of the Year

This award recognises and rewards an exceptional eCommerce website retailing beauty products, medicines or pharmaceuticals, health supplements or treatments. The judges will be assessing the user experience, creativity, functionality, quality and compliance of the website.

The entrant must demonstrate how they have reduced their carbon foot-print and made a conscious effort to drive a more environmentally friendly business model over the past 12 months.

Social Media Campaign of the Year

This award celebrates and rewards an outstanding social media campaign that scaled new heights in 2021. Entrants should demonstrate in their submission that  key performance indicators were met or exceeded including reach, impact on conversion rates and sales.

This awards celebrates and rewards an innovative tool, product or service that has changed business for the better or delivered outstanding results using digital means. The judges will be assessing innovative products or services that had a positive impact on customers in the last twelve months.

Business Hub of the Year

This award celebrates and rewards a business hub that has delivered outstanding service to the community in the last twelve months. Judges will be assessing the facilitation of remote workers, customer experience and on-site facilities.
